NOW HIRING Line Cooks

The Grille on Congress is NOW HIRING Line Cooks for Monday-Saturday dinner shifts, and Monday-Friday lunch shifts. Full/Part-time positions available. Qualified applicants must have a great knowledge of, American cuisine, skilled at working the grill, sauté and plating station in a very high volume restaurant, and take great pride in the menu items he/she prepares. We offer great hours and compensation. Compensation depends on the applicants level of skill and experience. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. The Grille on Congress is an up-scale casual restaurant that has been in operation since 1999.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
