SalaryNow Hiring: Seeking a passionate Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our patient-focused, team. NO EXPERIENCE required. We can help guide towards getting certifications and work-based RDA License for the right candidate. Strong interest dental field required.

Pay Range: Competitive and Negotiable pay. Flexibility, compensation and benefits will be based on experience and competency.
Hours: Negotiable part-time or full-time position. 2-4 days/week. Working hours are typically 9am-6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday.

Certifications: None Required. Can guide the right candidate to obtaining X-rays, infection control, and CPR Certifications if you don’t have them. Can offer additional guidance to obtaining Work-experienced based Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license for the right candidate.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED; Recent graduates with strong interested in dental field encouraged to apply.
Essential Duties:
- Perform functions in accordance with the applicable state's Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties
- Sterilize instruments and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance to infection control guidelines
- Prepare patients and setups for treatment and assist the dentist chairside dental procedures such as fillings, crowns & bridge, implants, oral surgery, perio surgery, etc.
- Complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures of the patient in an efficient and timely manner at the direction of the dentist (with proper certification)
- Building good rapport with our patients
- Clean and maintain a sterile and cheerful environment.
- Maintain adequate supply levels for the office and replenishing as needed.
- Properly maintain the equipment and instruments
- Educate patients on general and post-operative oral health care

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
