Responsibilities:
- Cook dishes to highest standards;
- Follow recipes and create a consistent product; including grill items and saute items
- Follow health and safety guidelines;
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift;
- Follow directions from Owner & Chef;
- Set up workstations;
- Saute and grill experience a plus.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils;
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively;
- ServSafe Certified;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proven working experience as a cook;
- Availability to work weekends a must.
