SUMMARY
Under general supervision, performs a variety of centralized service duties pertaining to the servicing of commercial loans including, but not limited to: documentation review, loan maintenance, vendor management, payment/wire processing and research, demand management, GL balancing, reporting and any other duty as assigned. Generally, has 2 or more years' experience.
This role will also serve as back up to the Note Documentation Specialist, which whom performs a variety of centralized service duties pertaining to Documentation and Boarding.
Target Compensation: $31.04
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Performs callbacks on documentation and boarding of new, renewed, and existing loans
- Process closed loans and collateral releases accordingly
- Balances GLs daily and monthly
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly departmental certifications accurately and timely (payments, advances, wires etc)
- Maintains all correspondence and requests though miscellaneous department email box
- Manages daily reporting
- Reads and understands the Bank's Loan Procedure and Policy Manual
- Understand and adhere to all compliance regulations as presented in various training meetings
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Uploads and stores loan documentation to applicable software.
- In-depth, often complex research.
- Generating established reports and processing activity accordingly.
- Frequent communication with Business Banking Center personnel and third-party vendors
- Maintains advanced knowledge and awareness of financial industry status and trends.
- Reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employees.
- Operates computer terminal or personal computer to obtain and process data.

- Generally, has 2 or more years' experience in drawing loan documents, boarding and processing loans.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word

- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
- Possess strong written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills.
- Basic skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; and word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
- Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
