The Strength of Dreams Foundation, nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds to be dispersed via grants for projects involved in research of cures for genetic disorders, is seeking a Nonprofit Administrator. This person will wear many hats, playing a vital role in every aspect of our mission.
What you'll do:
- Organize and execute 1-2 major fundraising events per year, collaborating with event planners to ensure success.
- Lead fundraising efforts, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors and securing grants, and exceeding financial goals.
- Oversee the grantmaking process, from outreach and proposal review to final award decisions.
- Champion public relations, crafting compelling news releases and managing online presence to raise awareness and attract support.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive membership list/database to foster community engagement.
- Recruit and cultivate a dynamic board of directors comprised of high-profile individuals committed to our cause.

The opportunity:
This is a 24-hour/week position initially, with the possibility of remote work.
