Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday, may have to work some weekends

- Implement and maintain IT hardware and software systems
- Ensure IT system performance and uptime, collaborating with relevant departments. ...
- Triage and resolve first-line M365 security issues across the SAH region.
- Track and resolve user issues in accordance with HDI industry standards.
- Maintain inventory records with the finance department.
- Assist with Technical Documentation development and process evolution
- Develop and maintain accurate network maps, technical diagrams, and reference documents.
- Implement data integrity solutions (e.g., spam management, anti-virus, spyware defense).
- Manage LAN/WAN server hardware and related network equipment
- Oversee IT system hardware and software (PLCs, HMIs, IIT devices).
- Handle physical security hardware and software (servers, controllers, IP cameras, peripherals).
- Adjust PLC program and hardware configurations in coordination with Logistics/Operations.
- Implement and maintain security for LAN/WAN-connected IT devices.
- Manage desktop hardware and software, coordinate vendor warranty and repairs.
- Provide remote technical support for satellite office users.
- Develop and implement data center maintenance programs for network stability.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, repair, and upgrade desktop systems and peripherals.
- Coordinate equipment and network vendor maintenance and repair services.
- Manage system security, user accounts, and access control.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle stress during projects and deadlines.
- Ability to be a self-starter when new discovery is required
- Maintain an organized work environment
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- BA/BS/AAS or equivalent IT work experience.
- Minimum of three years system administration experience.
- Three to Five years desktop support experience in small/medium size enterprises.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
