As a Customer Service Representative on the night/weekends rotation, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and friendly service. This role involves managing reservations, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. This will be a hybrid role with work from home & office opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process car rental transactions and reservations efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, services, and vehicle availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide billing-related assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report it to Leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the fleet operations team/leadership to implement changes.
- Coordinate with businesses for receiving cars.
- Coordinate with VIP clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the car rental or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during night shifts.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using reservation systems.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
