Night Operations Coordinator

Hours: 7pm-5am

Payrate: $18-$20 an hour

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Operations coordinator located in Tulsa, OK.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Manage and ensure proper completion of every dispatch calls that comes in.• Ensure completion of nightly to-dos. Communicate with Branch Coordinator with progress and reports of the issiues.
• Audit reports from guards that come in overnight. Key focus is the content delivery and small grammar edits. This also is a platform for direct coaching that should occur to overall improve employee output.
• Answer all in the moment employee concerns to the best of their ability.• Use property maps to direct guards who may be confused on how to access a certain area
• Ability to use technical features of 88Edge to monitor employee performance and ensure that staff is working to the best of their ability
• Use instincts to coach on in the moment situations with staff
• Ensure key elements of Night Operations are documented and conveyed to the Branch Coordinator for further action.
• Work directly with National Dispatch Team for incoming alarm calls and audit for accuracy and consistency
• Make edits when needed to post orders, dispatch post orders, checkpoints or account notes when needed.
• Or other asked or assigned duties as delivered

Qualifications:
-Operations Management Skills
-Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Customer Service skills
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in security or related fields preferred
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
