```Duties```
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine machining operations
- Program CNC machines using CAM software or manual programming techniques
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Assemble machined parts into finished products according to specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
```Qualifications```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Experience with CAM programming software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
