Scope: Our Guest Service Agents are responsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during the check-in and check-out process. This position reports directly to the Front Desk Manager. Preference will be given to those with prior Hilton/Hampton experience or hotel background.
Major Responsibilities:
Operating the Hilton PEP Property Management System (PMS) including checking in guests and checking out guests correctly. Hilton online training will be provided.
Ability to operate a computer to access extensive Hilton training online. Make, change, or delete reservations in the PMS.
Respond to the needs of hotel guests. Provide friendly and efficient, great customer service to insure guest satisfaction.
Operate hotel phone system.
Must be able to multitask and be creative in problem solving skills
Complete all paperwork requirements for the Front Desk
Communicate effectively between departments to insure a smooth operation
Maintain daily logs at Front Desk and meeting room reservation book.
Balance shift work and cash at end of shift or prior to running audit.
2nd Shift/ Night Audit training. day of the week flexibility
Perform other duties that may be assigned by a supervisor.
Be a team player, support and assist fellow employees
Maintain a positive attitude at all times for guests and coworkers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
