Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from guests.
• Provide guests with directions to local attractions and restaurants.
• Process payments and check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Keep track of room availability.
• Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay.
