Role Title: Night Auditor (Part Time)

This position is an overnight position and interested candidates must be able to work from 11:00pm to 7:00am; Friday & Saturday

Pay is starting at $18 during the 90-day training/probation period and then after it is $19 based on meeting basic performance.

We are seeking a personable Night Auditor to join our fabulous Front Desk team and be able to work on Friday and Saturday – The ideal candidate is friendly, and professional with a pleasant personality. They must have the willingness to go the extra mile to serve our guests by giving them warm welcomes, be attentive, and be positively oriented at all times with natural smiles.

What You Will Bring To The Role
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing, and compiling management reports on a timely basis, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, telephone operation and reservations.

Some of Your Responsibilities Would Be

• Oversee the guest experience during the overnight shift and assist with guest resolution/service recovery as needed with IHG Brand standards.

- Conduct the night audit process, including balancing accounts and generating reports

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours

- Provide positive customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns

- Assist with guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay

- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions

- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience with in house communication platform.

- Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous hotel Night Auditor experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
• 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar customer service experience
• Previous cash handling experience
• a self-motivator who has a passion to deliver positive customer service
