Salary- Night Auditor responsibilities
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Verify that all End of the day work has been performed by other departments
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Answer phones and place reservations
- Run computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift
- Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cards
- Balance cash drawers and record receipts
- Walk the property throughout the night shift to ensure safety of guests
- Stock the gift shop
- Clean and Sanitize all surfaces
- Must be able to stand 8 hours a day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
