We're seeking a Night Auditor with a passion for customer service and a dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences to join our front desk team. As a Night Auditor, you'll have the unique opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, even during the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Handle confidential information, including guest records, with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Answer and route calls as appropriate, taking accurate messages for guests.
- Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during your shift.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager
- Offer and manage wake-up calls for guests.
- Record important guest information in the pass-on log.
- Maintain cleanliness in the common areas and lobby.
- Perform cross-functional duties as required.
- Always be in uniform and neat, professional attire.
- Staying awake and being on your feet for long hours. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and organize the work area. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to interact with guests.
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for hospitality and serving guests with conviction.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, including weekends.
- Ability to work with a schedule made 2 weeks in advance.
