Calling all Night Owls

The Holiday Inn Express Reading Airport is seeking a full time responsible, outgoing, hospitality specialists to take the lead in delivering IHG's Guest Love experience to all.

Ideal candidates……

*Fluency in local language- extra language skill a plus but not essential

*Must be able to work 11:00pm-7:00am including weekends and holidays

*Must be able to complete work with minimal supervision

*Maintain composure in a sometimes fast pace environment

*Must have excellent communication and follow up skills

*Response to guest issues and/ or problems in a timely manner

*Uphold professional appearance, phone etiquette, attitude and demeanor

* Credit card processing and cash handling skills needed

*Must have computer skills. Ability to input information into the computer system, access the internet, receive and sent emails

Responsibilities

*Welcome guests in a warm, courteous manner

*Acknowledge Rewards Club Members and returning guests in person or on the phone

*Take and manage guest bookings

*Handle cash and credit transactions

*Checking in and out guest swiftly- take ID’s, hand out keys, and give direction and hotel amenities

*Stay ahead of the guest needs- record and act on their preferences, requests, questions and concerns.

*Follow safety procedures and report all incidents

*Know what events and or meeting are going on both on and off property

*Assist guests in any way possible

Salary based upon previous hotel experience
