Night Auditor

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to guest services, accounting, and administrative duties. Responsibilities: - Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts - Verify and balance daily revenue and expense transactions - Prepare reports summarizing financial data and occupancy rates - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during the night shift - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus - Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette At our hotel, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive compensation packages along with opportunities for career growth.
