We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk duties, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. ### Duties:
- Perform front desk duties such as check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle phone calls with proper etiquette and direct calls to the appropriate departments
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account statements
- Balance and reconcile cash drawers and credit card transactions
- Assist with guest relations by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
### Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
