Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. This is a temporary position with the ability to stay on long term floating to other shifts as needed. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and guest services.
Duties:
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of guest accounts
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a must
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts
