BILDX Call Center Agents provide a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our clients by providing both inbound and outbound call support for sales inquiries. You will be the centralized point of contact offering personalized solutions and support tailored to the client’s specific needs.
Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate and results oriented individual who will be empathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful during each customer interaction to nurture and build positive and loyal relationships with our client base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service experience by handling inbound and outbound communication with incoming leads via phone, text, and email.
- Call Center Agents provide the added voice channel approach for leads with the Automatic Call Distributor via IVR
- Response Time and Service Level Agreements vary upon client
- Track results of your progress with each lead
- Complete scheduled tasks in client CRM
- Review post-tour leads for follow up.
- Distribute information seamlessly to clients.
- Perform other support functions as needed.
- Create a “next step” plan for each active lead with the goal being an actual tour of the community.
- Lead follow-up contacts to get cold and warm leads back to hot status.

- Laptop with Windows operating system
- Noise cancelling headset.
- Call center experience preferred.
Hours
- Full -time nights and rotating weekend shift
- Monday - Friday: 5pm - 12pm EST
- Saturday: 10am - 4pm EST OR 1pm - 7pm EST
- Sunday: 10am - 5pm EST OR 1pm - 8pm EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
