Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. The Call Center Agents will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and prospective clients, providing information about our insurance products and services, and assisting with inquiries and concerns.
Pay range:
$17.50 - $29.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective clients, providing information about insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct surveys or market research as needed.
- Listen attentively to clients' questions and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Accurately record and maintain client information and call logs in the company's database or CRM system.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines for handling calls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Resolve client issues and escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
