Job Description
Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring a Client Account Manager assinged to the NFL client location in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The Account Manager is the lead interface for all Allied Universal services. The Account Manager will be responsible for updating operations and facility security policies, procedures and systems - domestic and international. They will coordinate with event services operations for special events; and local Allied Universal man-guarding Branch and account management on needs/issues at assigned client offices. Also, the Account Manager will coordinate with Allied Universal Technology Services the planning needs for installation and maintenance of office security technology systems locations. He/she will be part of the extended NFL Security Team and develop reports/presentations informing status on key metrics as agreed to with the NFL and Allied Universal business lines. In addition, the Account Manager will perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and work with planners and operators for major NFL special event security and program management needs.
- Coordinate with Allied Universal local branches as needed to provide assigned Security Professionals (SPs) with any client specific direction and expectations.
- Communicates and coordinates as needed with local Branch management who are overseeing SPs day-to-day assignments based on client requirements.
- Responsible for deploying client specific security policies, procedures and systems designed to protect the physical assets of the assigned client offices (Domestic and International).
- Conduct routine operational reviews, seeking to meet/exceed standards.
- Provide GSOC interface between the client and Allied Universal and assist in the deployment of threat intelligence, emergency management, and operations continuity where Allied Universal supports the client.
- Coordinate with Allied Universal Technology Services on installation/maintenance/update/upgrade of technology systems/equipment as required.
- Create, implement and execute security staff training programs.
- Responsible for emergency preparedness programs by maintaining working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations at each client office (Domestic and International).
- Support client Security Office with office investigations, security violations and reports.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities such as aligning with the client's Security Department's goals.
- Maintains and manages all office security technology systems ensuring that there is a regular cadence of inspections, proper function, research and implementation of new technology platforms and coordinating all technology work orders.
- Oversee the coordinated development and maintenance of policies and lead the team by providing both strategic direction and hands-on guidance to team members.
- Supervise the implementation of new technologies and business processes to improve efficiency.
- Initiate and maintain strategic planning to keep pace with growth of business teams, number of sites and evolving customer and stakeholder needs.
- Build, lead, manage, and motivate teams in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving and cross-functional environment that is centered around the use of people, process and technology to ensure life-safety, security and resiliency at corporate sites.
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as per client MSA.
- Ensure compliance with client expectations and policies, monitor assets, and make rapid notifications via mass communication tools to stakeholders as per client communication protocols.
- Provide enterprise detection and coordinated response to physical security, safety and business continuity events.
- Provide assistance to field-based security specialists, site security facilitators, and program stakeholders.
- Stay at front edge of industry best practices relating to control center security management and related services.
- Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
- Assure regular communication of issues or event with our client.
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have experience and knowledge of various access control platforms, video management systems and incident management applications/software.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement.
- Be an excellent communicator, whether writing, speaking, or presenting.
- Have experience gathering and analyzing data to create useful metrics that support positive change.
- Be adept at managing crises; provide front-line leadership in coordinating responses to a myriad crisis situation.
- Have the ability to lead a cross-functional team.
- Be a dependable team player with strong business acuity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Possess general knowledge and understanding of State and Federal Employment laws.
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business adminstration, event management, sports management, hospitality, organizational management, Information Technology (IT), or five years of related work experience managing corporate security operations, or providing similar services as a consultant to client locations, military, law enforcement or similar security industry.
