Job Responsibilities:

- Promote, market, network, sell, and close newly manufactured, modular and mobile homes. Must understand how to operate social media platforms and use it as a marketing tool to sell our award winning floor plans.
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers.
- Maintain a backlog of prospects through proactive outreach via calls, text messages and emails.

Requirements:

- High Energy & Sales Experience
- You do NOT need a real estate license
- Top-notch Customer Service Skills
- Problem-Solving Ability
- Reliable Transportation
- Availability to work every single Saturday (required)

Regular Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday
- Sunday and one other week day OFF

Training:

- 6 months of manufactured housing training with a small salary + HUGE Commission opportunities. After your first 6 months, your pay plan goes to a draw.

Additional Compensation:

- Bonuses + Commission (25%-30% of Gross Profit each home sold)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person 50-60 hour work weeks
