Inside Sales Representative-Texas Real Estate License required

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated Real EstateInside Sales agent. NO COLD CALLING- You’ll assist in qualifying in coming prospects generated by our reverse prospecting marking that drives leads to come to us. You will gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. This position is perfect for Texas Realtor that loves helping people buy and sell homes but is looking for a stable schedule and income.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be experienced, driven Real Estate professionals who want to take the next step in their careers. Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospects via phone calls and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline. * Qualify the incoming leads we generate for appointments with realtors and field agents on our team to provide quick response times and meet their needs. * Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads. * Rigorously respond to new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline. * Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message. * Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales contact). * Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of Real Estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. * Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents. * Manage inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments. * Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections. * Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to Real Estate agents. * Participate in regular training and education requirements. * Support team initiatives and growth. * Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback. * Thrive in a high-paced environment.
