Position: New Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue lucrative New Business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
• Leverage Salesforce or a similar CRM software to track leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring prompt delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Develop, refine, and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and monitor competitors' activities.

Skills:

• Exhibit strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and secure New Business opportunities.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in Business Development, preferably within the software industry.
• Possess excellent knowledge of market trends and a keen understanding of competitors' activities.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Showcase effective project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Build and sustain robust customer relationships.
• Apply strategic planning abilities to identify long-term growth opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
