New Business Development- Call Center

CONTRACT - 3 months
28 Hours per week
2 days onsite for 2 weeks, then remote or Hybrid

This is a 28 hour week position, initially 2 days in the office for 2 weeks then 1

We’re defining what it means to expand and deliver the most extraordinary Call Center services to hospitals and medical practices, We need a member of our team to explore new markets, and shaping the future of a world class medical Call Center and answering service. Experience in the Call Center or telephone answering service industries highly desired.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing New Business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our company and make a significant impact in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Follow - up on emails generated by marketing firm. Calling and mailing out information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients - establish rapport
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for Business Development
- Conduct presentations to potential clients virtually or in person
- Track and report on sales activities.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in sales or Business Development roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Strong negotiation / rapport building skills - ability to think outside the box to close the deal

- Previous experience selling Call Center services a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
