We are looking for a highly experienced Network Systems Administrator that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, security, maintenance, and monitoring of our enterprise server and network infrastructure including all local, wireless, wide area and internet network connections, associated software and communication links. These systems include virtual and physical Microsoft servers, Nutanix, VMWare, NG firewalls, Fortinet Security Fabric, enterprise storage, and backup and recovery solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems and technologies that support core organizational and enterprise security functions.
• Support, troubleshoot, and administer firewall, switches, Internet, load balancing, VPN, 802.1X, voice, and other networking technologies in a highly complex environment
• Extensive knowledge of Nutanix HCI, VMware products and Windows Server, experience and skill in automation, capacity planning, performance monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting
• Design, implement and administer AHV and VMware vSphere platforms, including vCenter
• Design, implement and support enterprise class storage and backup systems
• Establish monitoring requirements for infrastructure, server, and applications as well as develop and deploy real-time alerting and visibility strategies
• Responsible for upgrading and managing all domain services and works with various system owners to coordinate systems upgrades, system backups as well at hardware refreshes
• Develop mitigation strategies when vulnerabilities cannot be remediated, coordinates with Corporate IT security team for review and acts on any directed changes
• Troubleshoot complex network and systems performance issues, as well as enterprise system capacity planning solutions and analyze network traffic
• Develop technical architecture documentation that details procedures for installation, maintenance, security, configuration, and disaster recovery
• Provide technical support for other areas of the server infrastructure including, but not limited to Exchange, Office 365, and security solutions
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to install and configure and maintain connections
• Manage use of SNMP network management software and other diagnostic tools to insure reliable network and systems operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
