Network Specialist
DTSI is seeking a Network Specialist to provide solutions and support for the Air Force Cyber System network. In this role you will be part of a dynamic team ensuring successful operations of global networks and infrastructure in support of Joint Mission Operation Centers (JMOC) and cyber systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of custom solutions in support of the United States Air Force Missions
- Facilitate customer discussion regarding system performance, upkeep, and development
- Interface with operators and vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages, periods of reduced performance, or any combination thereof
- Assist in the identification of product shortfalls and lead team discussion on product support initiatives
- Provide Tier 2/3 identification, diagnosis, and resolution on internal development networks
- Isolate and resolve problems involving applications, operating systems, or infrastructure
- Interface with operators and vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages, periods of reduced performance, or any combination thereof
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain the integrity of network components along with implementing enhancements designed to improve reliability and performance
- Integrate new technologies into new and existing legacy systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of Internet Protocol and Telephony Network Engineering and Administration
- Experience managing and supporting routers and switches
- Experience with Server Virtualization
- Experience with collaborating and leading team initiatives for issue resolution

- Experience with ticketing systems (Confluence)
DoD Security Requirements
- Top Secret (TS) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Sec+ce)
