Network Operations Associate Manager(Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Network Operations Associate Manager in New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows:

• Oversee Network Operations Projects including New Site Turn-ups, new hardware installations, and other projects assigned by client network manager and client site manager.
• Assist and provide support to Network Architecture for implementation and other migration work.
• Update Network diagrams and documentation as required from current as-built infrastructure.
• Spearhead weekly meetings with Client Network Operations team and Accenture offshore team.
• Manage contractors hired for short-term projects by reviewing deliverables and approving time and expenses.
• Provide knowledge transfer, trainings, and updates to team for seamless support.
• Create and submit Monthly Reports such as EOL device lists, monthly network metrics and vulnerability patch updates.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Support to client, and act as subject matter expert for Accenture Network team.
• Create, design, and build network configurations, topologies, and scripts for new client network requirements.
• Provide on-call Level 3 support for Business-Critical events, issues, and incidents.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Network Operations.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Working with IP Networking Fundamentals and the application of IP Protocols including TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, TCP and UDP Protocols, Routing Protocols, Switching Technologies, and Wireless Network Standards;
• Designing, troubleshooting, and configurating of Routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP in a complex network environment;
• Configuring, and supporting F5 BIG-IP Load balancers including LTM and GTM;
• Configurating, troubleshooting, and designing switching technologies including VLANs, STP, HSRP, Port-channels, and Virtual Port-channels;
• Configurating, troubleshooting, and designing wireless network devices and components including Access Points and Wireless LAN controllers in accordance with 802.11 wireless standards;
• Configuring and supporting firewall vendors including Cisco ASAs, Palo Alto Firewalls, or Checkpoint Firewalls, and associated security protocols including VPN, IPsec, IKE version 2, Access-lists, and NAT; and
• Configuring, managing, and supporting Cisco Nexus family 5K, 7K, and 9K switches.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 50% of the time to meet client needs.
