Network Engineer

Responsibilities of the Network Engineer
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and plan network architecture
- Deploy and configure network hardware, software, and services such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Ensure network is functioning properly/optimally and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory.
- Implement and maintain network security measures
- Develop and implement network disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Experience preferred for the Network Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information tech or equivalent work experience
- 5-8+ years of relevant work experience
- Windows Server, Linux
- VMware, CompTIA Network+
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, VPN, and DNS.
