Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy company voice and data networks for headquarters and global networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas, providing performance statistics and reports
- Create documentation as it relates to network and telecom configuration, network mapping, change management, processes, service records, and compliance mandates, including PCI, data privacy, and cyber-security
- Develop diagnostic and actionable deliverables that help business guide investment decisions in support of executing business strategy
- Provide quotes and project budgeting materials as needed from approved vendors
- Support shared applications and infrastructure to cut expenditures and enhance the flow of information
- Work closely with solutions architects to provide design options that are flexible, scalable, and capable of synchronizing with continuously changing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
- CCNP, CCNA, AWS certifications, and ITIL Foundations ITSM certification a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, business systems, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems
- Demonstrated experience in working with globally distributed resources, preferably with a shared services model; knowledge of ServiceNow a plus
- Knowledge of routing and switching hardware, routing, and switching protocols, internet standards, and general network architecture in a Cisco environment
- Working knowledge of the OSI model and basic networking technologies and hands on experience with Cisco ASA and VPN configuration
- Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of network design, planning and implementation, security principles, and general network management best practices
- Hands on experience with AWS with a good understanding of VPC, Direct Connect and Private Link Cisco and Aruba Wireless LAN WiFi controllers and access points
- Experience with Cloud networking, AWS transit gateways, QoS and performance monitoring tools
- Experience with ASA and Checkpoint Firewalls Superior with understanding of network routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS
