Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy company voice and data networks for headquarters and global networks
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas, providing performance statistics and reports
• Create documentation as it relates to network and telecom configuration, network mapping, change management, processes, service records, and compliance mandates, including PCI, data privacy, and cyber-security
• Develop diagnostic and actionable deliverables that help business guide investment decisions in support of executing business strategy
• Provide quotes and project budgeting materials as needed from approved vendors
• Support shared applications and infrastructure to cut expenditures and enhance the flow of information
• Work closely with solutions architects to provide design options that are flexible, scalable, and capable of synchronizing with continuously changing requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
• CCNP, CCNA, AWS certifications, and ITIL Foundations ITSM certification a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, business systems, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems
• Demonstrated experience in working with globally distributed resources, preferably with a shared services model; knowledge of ServiceNow a plus
• Knowledge of routing and switching hardware, routing, and switching protocols, internet standards, and general network architecture in a Cisco environment
• Working knowledge of the OSI model and basic networking technologies and hands on experience with Cisco ASA and VPN configuration
• Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of network design, planning and implementation, security principles, and general network management best practices
• Hands on experience with AWS with a good understanding of VPC, Direct Connect and Private Link Cisco and Aruba Wireless LAN WiFi controllers and access points
• Experience with Cloud networking, AWS transit gateways, QoS and performance monitoring tools
• Experience with ASA and Checkpoint Firewalls Superior with understanding of network routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS
