Job Description
We have an urgent long-term opening with one of our key clients for a position of Network Engineer, to work in Waukegan, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to call routing, IVR, and CRM integrations. Assisting with system configuration, including setting up queues and campaigns.
- To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning.

- To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators or team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required.
- To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets or incident as per the agreed SLA
Qualification Skills:
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis to validate analyses.
- Validate Change Order Implementation Plans.
- Ensure compliance with human error standards.
- Perform value addition activities such as mentoring administrators or team members.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a liaison between the technical support team and the business segment.
- Facilitate effective communication and presentations to key business stakeholders as needed.
