Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to clients, addressing system and user issues with expertise and efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain client satisfaction by delivering service that is professional, courteous, and attentive to their needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, devising tailored solutions that encompass recommendations, equipment specifications, and proposal assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve network and computer system issues for clients, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Lead client projects from inception to completion, overseeing installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance efforts.
- Collaborate with fellow Network Engineers, actively participating in projects and leveraging individual areas of expertise to enhance team performance.
- Engage in the pre-sales process, articulating the advantages of proposed technologies to existing and prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
- Familiarity with Network Engineering concepts such as VLANs, routing protocols, and subnetting
- Experience with network security protocols and technologies
- Mastery in Windows-based technology, including desktops, servers, and server apps.
- A "customer-first" mindset
- Knowledge of load balancing techniques and technologies
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project management
- Familiarity with SQL for database management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
