Role Overview:
Gluwa Inc. is seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in NodeJS and Dotnet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend development, with an added advantage of web3 integration experience. While familiarity with React applications is a plus, this role primarily focuses on backend operations. The candidate must be open to learning many technologies beyond their current stack and be adaptable to learning other stacks as needed to meet project requirements. We value candidates who are eager to learn, highly motivated, and excel as team players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in day-to-day meetings with the team.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and implement proof of concepts aligned with project requirements.
- Integrate systems with smart contracts and blockchains to enhance functionality.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in NodeJS and C# .NET Core 3.1+.
- Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of libraries and frameworks including EF Core, ASP.NET Core,
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
- Played with MassTransit, Web3.js/Nethereum, PolkadotJS SDK, TSOA, and BullMQ.
- Experience or familiarity with web3 integration (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of React applications, although primary focus will be backend development.
- Docker/Docker compose familiarity
