We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual who shares our passion for technology and customer success. If you have 2-5 years of experience in network setup, configurations, and enjoy providing top-notch customer service across various clients, you might just be the person we're looking for!

What You'll Do:

• Offer prompt technical service and support in server and network administration, desktop and application support, and more.
• Foster strong client and vendor relationships.
• Engage in pre-sales support and effective communication.
• Participate in on-call rotation, project implementations, and continuous IT learning.
• Ensure accurate ticket tracking and documentation.
• Promote Next-Level IT's products and services, driving our mission forward.

What You Need:

• 2-5 years of experience in managing SMB networks.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, and more.
• Knowledge of virtual environments, Office 365, and networking technologies.
• A strong foundation in security administration, firewall setup, and Microsoft Office apps.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SQL server, Cisco IOS, AWS, Azure, and more.
• Disaster recovery experience, SAN/NAS management, and VoIP knowledge.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred.
• Microsoft, VMWare, and CompTIA A+ certifications are a plus.
