Who You Are:

What You'll Do:
- Offer prompt technical service and support in server and network administration, desktop and application support, and more.
- Foster strong client and vendor relationships.
- Engage in pre-sales support and effective communication.
- Participate in on-call rotation, project implementations, and continuous IT learning.
- Ensure accurate ticket tracking and documentation.
- Promote Next-Level IT's products and services, driving our mission forward.
What You Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in managing SMB networks.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, and more.
- Knowledge of virtual environments, Office 365, and networking technologies.
- A strong foundation in security administration, firewall setup, and Microsoft Office apps.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SQL server, Cisco IOS, AWS, Azure, and more.
- Disaster recovery experience, SAN/NAS management, and VoIP knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred.
- Microsoft, VMWare, and CompTIA A+ certifications are a plus.
