Position Purpose/Summary: Responsible for the maintenance of network, telephony hardware and software systems. Including the monitoring of third-party integrations and associated user support. The individual will be involved in a variety of other projects including network and telephony infrastructure support.

This position would minimally require an associate degree (or equivalent education & experience) in Information Systems Operations/Computer Science or 3 years' experience in IT.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Due to the nature of this role in dealing with senior management and employees on an on-going basis, the position requires (and is not limited to):
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Efficient time management and organizational skills; Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment)
- Prior experience with IOS and NXOS
- Fibre channel zoning
- Cisco Webex Administration
- Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, Expressway, and Telepresence Management Suite
- PureConnect / Genesys telephony systems
- Cisco licensing validation, consolidation, and reconciliation
- Placing service tickets with Cisco TAC
- Ability to use and/or learn variety of software as required for job/position
- Familiarity with the operation of all major credit union products and services.
- Positively communicate with diverse employee population while providing excellent customer service
- May require appropriate vendor certification such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP
- Advanced computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detail-oriented
Compensation Range: $65,000/yr. - $90,000/yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
