The Neptune House Manager will assist the Neptune Theatre Manager with all aspects of Front of House & Venue Operations. Including, but not limited to: Support Artist Advance / VIP Advance & Execution / Security / Hospitality Advance & Execution, Front of House Run-of-Show Operations, Developing & Implementing Venue Policies & Procedures. This is full-time position that earns $27.08 - $37.92. (midpoint of $32.50), pay grade 25, with medical, dental, vision, ltd, std insurance and 403b with discretionary match.
This role will be located primarily at the Neptune Theatre but may support other venues as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage & assist with all aspects Front of House Operations on night-of-show.
- See to all aspects of Tour's needs and be in direct contact with Tour Manager via cell phone, email and in-person on day-of-show.
- Assist with planning and execution of Venue Policies, Procedures & New Hire Orientation.
- Responsible for supervising all night-of-show Front of House Operations. Including but not limited to: Patron Ingress/Egress, Security, Seating & Ticketing.
- See to Artist's Hospitality Rider and assist with any night-of-show backstage needs.
- Create a safe, clean, efficient & respectful work environment while exceeding Artist & Patron expectations.
- Assist in keeping the Neptune Theatre the premier 1,000 cap venue that it is!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort and ease interacting with Tour Representatives in person, as well as over the phone & by email.
- Knowledge of Front & Back of House Theatre Operations, Procedures & Nomenclature.
- Computer literate and comfort in both Excel & Word environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
- Must possess a positive and "Can Do" attitude.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory position at comparable live music venue(s).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Vision or corrected vision close to 20/20 is necessary to effectively perform all aspects of job requirements.
- Standing/Walking/Lifting/Sitting - about 25% of the time is spent seated at a desk.
- Ability & willingness to work 15+ hour days & lift in excess of 20-lbs at a time.
