The National Sales Manager is responsible for researching and mining strategic information about the client’s business and conveying it back to Carlson Airflo so we can better align our efforts and further embedded ourselves in their long-term business. They will also be prospecting, qualifying, and dimensioning new sales leads, planning sales strategy, initiating appropriate contact, developing productive dialogue, dimensioning needs and potentials, executing on sales strategies, and securing sales goals. Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year University
- A minimum of 5 years related experience in sales management (preferably in grocery, merchandising, retail, branded products sale, or a related industry)
- Experience in identifying customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Experience in leadership of other sales team members.
- Experience in CRM management and forecasting preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40%

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
