Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and responsible National Operations Assistant to join our team! This person will be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task successfully. The National Operations Assistant will assist in ensuring that maximum productivity and accuracy is implemented during order fulfillment, shipping, dealing with customer issues and resolving them, as well as constant communication with the Sales Reps.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the National Operations Manager with day to day operations.
- Must have impeccable attention to detail and be tech savvy.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks.
- Data entry and inventory control.
- Review and confirm all new orders for processing.
- Verify accuracy of orders and shipping information.
- Experience using UPS World Ship and other online shipping platforms – but not mandatory
- Process damaged merchandise upon return / shortages.
- Experience with LTL shipments, routing by using 3rd party trucking companies.

- Starting salary $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)
