- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers in the fleet management industry
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly growth goals
- Clearly communicate the value of transitioning ICE fleets to electric vehicles, emphasizing the benefits of sustainable energy
- Utilize critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to align Tesla with the client's operational and business processes
- Drive the adoption of Tesla's fleet digital tools and services, promoting the utilization of the Tesla for Business Platform
- Partner with cross-functional teams, acting as the voice of the customer and navigating internal processes with stakeholders from Operations, Retail, and Service Centers
- Establish and manage all contractual agreements, including Purchase Agreements, NDAs, and Framework Agreements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Minimum of 10 years of end-to-end enterprise sales experience, ideally with 5 years in the Electric Vehicle, Electric Charging, Telematics, Fleet Management, or Mobility as a Service industry
- Proven track record of selling to or working with large, complex organizations and leading conversations with executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and execute strategic sales plans resulting in exponential sales growth
- Strong analytical skills to quantify opportunities using data and influence decision makers
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills to effectively convey information and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and exhibit speed and resourcefulness
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license

$64,000 - $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
