Working alongside Fine Tune’s VP of Growth with support from our internal teams, you will be responsible for growing our client base, converting prospects to full-fledged customers.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, nurturing and closing new growth opportunities, as well capitalizing on all of our outbound efforts generated through our sales support and marketing teams.Responsibilities and Duties
Active Prospecting:
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified selling opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
- Manage and consistently work a certain subset of prospective accounts.
- Work directly with the Fine Tune sales support and marketing teams to drive pipeline through personalized outreach campaigns to multiple stakeholders within Fine Tune’s prospect accounts.
- Partner with Marketing on a programmatic campaign-based approach to demand generation (i.e., event/ conference prospect follow-up, using prospect lead scores to determine customized outreach, etc.)
- Utilize our other outreach tools to target and connect with prospective clients
- Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
- Become an expert in articulating Fine Tune’s value to prospective customers
- Help provide accurate forecasts to the Fine Tune organization and executive management through documentation in our CRM
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, expansion into new markets, and support the development of new service lines. Create business models that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Run initial Fine Tune meetings to educate prospective clients on our services and actively seek and discover their pain points and offer corresponding Fine Tune solutions.
- Follow-up through engaging communications with prospective clients to ensure Fine Tune stays top of mind and understand their decision-making processes internally to close the sale.
- Committing to keeping accurate records on all activities and prospects to ensure our data quality is safeguarded.
- Regular internal collaboration on prospecting, sales, and emerging company initiatives to inform leadership on sales needs.
- Partner with Fine Tune teams to ensure that their needs are met and supported by our sales efforts.
- A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (or) 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a complex industry
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development selling into finance, operations, and procurement/sourcing departments and/or manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, steel, oil and gas, automotive, retail, consulting (technology or enterprise solutions)
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales KPI goals, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of procurement and expense management trends, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A great attitude and love for interdependent team collaboration
- A natural curiosity and growth mindset, always looking to improve
- Proficiency with the latest sales technology tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Five9, Vidyard, Apollo, etc.)
