The EPIC Account Manager Level III we are looking for:

A sales professional with a proven, successful track record in growing Enterprise accounts to expand and break through nationally and internationally. Typical sales cycles may be long and can be complex, with high levels of service required. Considered highly skilled at sales techniques including professional selling and gaining referrals. Demonstrates fast learner with a strong understanding of company products/services and seamlessly weaves upsells into the conversation. Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant sales experience.

Lead and manage strategic accounts at the C-suite level. Cultivate a set of strategic/key large account relationships to grow sales volume output per enterprise relationship. Maximize client retention and assist clients in the use of the organization’s products and/or services. Will be an integral part of providing proactive provider support with a focus on increasing performance and patient finance plan activations. Coordinates internal resources to meet and exceed performance objectives and customer expectations. Identify opportunities to increase sales of products and/or services and analyze competitor activities to assess any threats to important clients. Responsible for overseeing all implementation and onboarding efforts for provider accounts and clients ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • HFD pricing models and present best option based on clients’ needs
  • Manage and support key provider relationships to ensure stability and continued growth in revenue and originations on an annual basis
  • Successfully increase loan volume for Enterprise patient finance programs offered by HFD
  • Manage Consultant and RevShare relationships
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders – from C-Suite level audiences all the way down to frontline office management if warranted to succeed.
  • Focus on growing activations at the provider location level to drive loan volume per relationship managed
  • Support new sales efforts and land key deals that benefit HFD and its investors
  • Onboard new providers to the HFD platform and train provider staff to achieve origination activity quickly.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Engagement and Business Development teams to effectively manage expectations and ensure successful relationship growth
  • Convey provider feedback on HFD’s existing products and future product roadmap
  • Report to leadership detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals, and effectiveness of systems.
  • Ensure that work is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

  • Understand providers’ unique integration & configurations with HFD
  • All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidates possess:

  • Exceptional organization and presentation skills
  • A proven record for rock solid relationship building
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Industry knowledge in patient financing and/or the dental industry
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to speak technical jargon and explain technical things to non-technical people
  • Strong follow through with workstreams and follow ups
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree or 15 years selling experience with marked success throughout career
  • Min 6 years of selling experience at the C-Suite level
  • Willingness to do what it takes i.e. leave ego at the door and jump in for training, etc.

Preferred:

  • Related practice experience
  • Enterprise account management experience
  • Customer service experience
