Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to retain and grow business opportunities within the North American region. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the promotion of our cutting-edge SpecLive Building Product Manufacturer Suite of SaaS Solutions to an exclusive group of manufacturer accounts. Through these solutions, you'll empower building product manufacturers (BPMs) to revolutionize their engagement with architects, engineers, and owners, igniting a surge in project specifications and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Opportunity Management: Source, cultivate, and seal business deals, leveraging your expertise to tailor solutions that resonate with each client's unique needs.
- Holistic Client Engagement: Conduct insightful discovery calls, perform software demos, and align our SpecLive BPM Suite with client pain points, guiding them towards game-changing solutions.
- Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with the Director of Manufacturer Solutions to strategize on technical guidance for optimal client-solution delivery.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Secure buy-in from business unit leaders within manufacturing clients, fostering consensus, and sealing deals.
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Channel prospect insights to marketing and product teams, refining our offerings based on real-world needs.
- Market Engagement: Attend trade shows and client meetings as requested, staying attuned to market trends and networking opportunities.
- Goal Attainment: Exceed targets established by the RIB management team, contributing to the growth trajectory of the organization.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously enhance your understanding of competitors, bolstering our value proposition in the market.
- Client-Centric Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively convey client requirements to product development teams, fueling innovation aligned with client needs.
Qualifications - Required:
- Educational Proficiency: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Seasoned Sales Expertise: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or software context, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- CRM & Sales Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales enablement platforms.
Willingness to Travel:
- 20-25% (Required)
Qualifications - Preferred:
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the construction industry, including its processes, challenges, and trends. Familiarity with construction technology and SaaS solutions, demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
