Position Summary: 

The Reyes Beverage Group (RBG) National Account Executive plays an integral role delivering on and supporting our organization goals and objectives. This role is accountable for developing and maintaining best in class relationships with a specified list of chain retailers, leveraging our portfolio to influence and shape key retailer decisions, and unleashing our competitive advantage with data-enabled technology and pricing and promotional strategies to deliver industry leading share gains for our organization. The National Account Executive ensures flawless execution of programs throughout the organization, working across functions including Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Leadership, Supply Chain and Business Unit Field Sales.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

 

• Serve as the collaborative customer lead to influence customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders for the assigned portfolio of chain customers
• Develops an Annual Business Plan that aligns Reyes Beverage Group and supplier growth with customer strategy. Responsible for customer price package plan decisions to achieve key strategic performance indicators and customer goals.
• Manages return on investment of marketing and promotional expenses.
• Drive detailed customer level planning and gap closing initiatives to ensure Reyes Beverage Group objectives are met.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationship with specified retailer category teams at HQ level.
• Establish strong business relationship with key supplier partners and ensure Division alignment on business planning by chain.
• Plan and conduct regular sales call frequency to each assigned retailer call points, both with and without supplier participation.
• Acts as Reyes Beverage Group customer expert, providing input based on customer strategies to inform future RBG and supplier strategy. Shares best practices across RBG network to drive organizational value.
• Plan and execute regular business reviews with retailer partners to steward annual plans and growth objectives.
• Serve as the key internal liaison between our retailers and our sales teams---delivering win/win solutions.
• Partner with internal Reyes Beverage Group sales leaders to deliver agreed upon programming at store level via regular communication and focus.
• Support local sales and merchandising team efforts at store level to execute critical programming and Tier 1 retailers.

• Other projects or duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience OR High School Diploma with 8+ years of sales and 3+ years of supervisoryexperience 
  • Advanced experience inMicrosoft Applications specifically including Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated progressive sales experience with account management in large consumer goods organization 
  • Complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create and sell-in customer specific promotional programs and key initiatives 
  • Knowledge of bottler andfountain environment and systems and business development planning experience 
  • Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems 
  • Experience forecasting sales 
  • Travel - up to 35% 
  • Must be able to pass apost-offer background and drug test 

 Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • MBA or other graduate degree 
  • 3+ years cross-functional experience outside of Sales (e.g., Commercial Leadership, Supply Chain, Field Execution)
