Job Description
This position acts as the direct point of contact for our customers. Responsible for providing high quality product and service support, processing sales orders for customers and maintaining our highly respected position within our industry.
The Customer Service representative is responsible for providing effective local Customer Service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members of the company.

- Receive inbound calls from current and potential customers.
- Learn part numbers and descriptions to provide support to customers.
- Proficiency in our product portfolio with understanding of product features, functionality, and general service-related issues.
- Answers customer?s questions regarding our products.
- Determining the correct product to best fit the customer?s needs.
- Provide technical product support and troubleshooting.
- Enter quotes and sales orders for all customers as needed.
- Reviews all the order details to ensure accuracy.
- Interact with walk in customers in a professional manner.
- Processing returns.
- Tracking serial numbers of equipment for accuracy.
