Position Overview: iWorld Professionals is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled accounting professionals to join our talented team. Positions Available: We are actively recruiting for the following positions:
1. Junior Accountant:
• Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal experience with an accounting or finance degree.
• Responsibilities include basic bookkeeping, data entry, and support for senior team members.
• Opportunity for professional development and growth within the company.
• Exposure to introductory financial analysis and variance reporting.
2. Staff Accountant:
• Mid-level position for candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Responsible for financial analysis, reconciliation, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Active involvement in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Senior Accountant:
• Ideal for individuals with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Lead the preparation of complex financial reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting, and ensure adherence to GAAP principles.
• Drive process improvements and streamline financial systems for increased efficiency.
• Work closely with management to implement process improvements and optimize financial systems.
4. Accounting Manager:
• Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in accounting leadership.
• Responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and work closely with executive leadership.
• Direct involvement in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree and/or CPA designation a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Syteline) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
