JOB SUMMARY
As an Industrial Cleaner, you will maintain the cleanliness of the production zones (packaging and brewing) for the FIFCO USA campus to ensure a clean and safe working environment is upheld.

SHIFT: Off-Shift / Weekends and Overtime as needed

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely clean non-product contact equipment and surfaces including, but not limited to: walls, drains, overhead pipes, hoses, and other items outlined as requested
Perform CIP and foaming procedures for pasteurizers and wet area packaging conveyors as per master sanitation schedule
Safely operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washer, stripping/waxing equipment, snow blower, man-lift, and other outlined equipment as the job permits
Remove snow from walking areas and apply ice melt as outlined in addition to sweeping outside areas when needed
Safely perform hazardous waste handling as outlined
Mix and titrate Industrial Cleaning chemicals accurately and safely
Identify and correct potential micro-biological hazards
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance items as outlined
Work with management on updates to Master Sanitation Schedule, documents, chemical suppliers, chemical usage, and other materials used to perform Industrial Cleaning functions
Properly complete required paperwork as outlined for the job
Utilize step stools, ladders, and/or elevated platforms as outlined for the job
Utilize forklifts/scissor lifts to move required items as outlined for the job
Utilize PPE as required
Perform duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification preferred
Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to apply concepts such as additions, fractions, and percentages for chemical usage
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to regularly use hands, work outside in all seasons, and use heavy equipment
Must be able to frequently bend and climb as well as duck under conveyors and equipment
Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as from tall heights
Must be able to work with moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels
Must be able to work with hazardous chemicals
Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus

Pay Rate: $18.32/hr
The referenced pay range represents step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Individual pay will be set in accordance with terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
