Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Senior Associate to join our team. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, possess expertise in video production, editing, photography, and have a keen understanding of audio and lighting, we want to hear from you.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce high-quality multimedia content for clients.
- Lead and execute video production projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring a seamless and compelling narrative.
- Capture and edit professional-grade photographs for various marketing materials, including press releases, social media, and promotional collateral.
- Manage audio recording and editing tasks, ensuring clarity and quality in all multimedia components.
- Lead the set-up and execution of live streams for clients and internal Lambert projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to multimedia production, incorporating innovative techniques into our projects.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for multimedia content strategies.
- Interact with internal agency teammates and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications) or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in video production, editing, and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard software for video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and photography (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Extensive knowledge of audio recording, editing tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of lighting principles and their application in both photography and videography.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to enhance multimedia content.
