Primary Role: The primary role of the Multimedia Account Manager is to provide marketing solutions to current and prospective advertising clients. This position plays a vital role in our community and our company. You will be an ambassador for businesses to help them learn about local and mainstream marketing platforms, advise clients on the best use of their marketing budget, and work with them to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow existing account list and develop new leads through networking, attending community events, and maintaining frequent communication with clients.
- Identify key customer targets and sales objectives to increase territory sales, volume, and profit.
- Maintain and grow partnerships with existing key accounts.
- Prepare sales call objectives in advance, anticipate objections, and establish relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct client needs analysis to develop and present custom marketing solutions.
- Become an expert in our niche Steamboat market and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- Collaborate with Sales Team, Account Management, Marketing, and Creative Services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Process ad orders and adhere to deadlines.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience / Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising solutions is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Compensation:
- Base + bonus $55-70K (based on experience) at 100% of goal.
- Benefits package includes medical, dental, and 401K.
