Multifamily Administrative Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, vendors, and maintenance team members
• Serves as the primary point of contact for Pest Control technicians-creates service requests, coordinates scheduling, identifies follow up/additional treatment needs, and analyzes data from treatments.
• Provide concise weekly updates to community's code enforcement and upper management regarding on-going issues and areas of concern.
• Complete an array of administrative duties
• Actively seek ways to resolve issues or concerns with customer and business needs in mind

Desired Qualifications:.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to show attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
• Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions.
• Experience with MS 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations.
• Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.

• Property Management experience a plus
• RealPage software knowledge encouraged
