As the Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you will lead Clinical Operations of assigned treatment centers and functions and will be responsible for program operations, development, budgets, personnel, and governing policies and procedures. You will define and execute the clinical direction and vision of our programs to support all identified service lines, as well as ensure continual staff development in state-of-the-art best practices for Mental Health and our substance for our company's disorder treatment businesses. This is a critical role requiring work of a confidential and sensitive nature, requiring discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy. Your interactions will be internal; you won't work directly with clients.

To be a good fit for the role of Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you will have:
- A master’s degree in Social Work or Human Services is required; a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) is a plus.
- Current State licensure(s) - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII.
- 8+ years of multi-site clinical management experience.
- 5+ years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple people and projects.
- Willingness to travel in Los Angeles and Ventura counties as needed for site visits.
